The centre combines administrative, operational, training and support facilities within one campus. Its mix of offices, multi-agency accommodation, auditorium and training spaces, cafeteria, dormitories, detention facilities, technical rooms and external infrastructure makes it a significant CP Ltd public-buildings reference.

Project Significance
A purpose-built national customs facility bringing border agencies together to support faster trade clearance and stronger border protection.
The ICCC forms part of the modernisation of customs administration and trade facilitation in Mauritius. At its inauguration, the Mauritius Revenue Authority identified its principal objectives as facilitating trade, reducing cargo dwell time and strengthening the fight against drug trafficking and money laundering.
By bringing clearance, administrative, training, security and support functions into a coordinated operational environment, the project combines economic facilitation with border protection. It demonstrates CP Ltd's project-management capability for public facilities where operational continuity, security, stakeholder coordination and technical interfaces are mission-critical.
