Project Context
The High Commission of India’s diplomatic complex in Ebene brings together official, public-facing and residential functions within one integrated development. The approximately 10,100 m² complex comprises a chancery building, a multipurpose hall and 19 staff residences.
The chancery provides a professional setting for diplomatic administration and official engagement. The multipurpose hall supports meetings, receptions, conferences and cultural programmes, while the residences provide dedicated accommodation for High Commission personnel.

Chuttur and Partners Ltd served as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, combining project leadership with cost and commercial management throughout the development.
CP Ltd provided end-to-end services from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, project planning, design coordination, cost planning, procurement and tender management, contract administration, construction monitoring, commissioning, handover and project close-out.
