Project Context
The hotel was developed in Ebene Cybercity as Four Points by Sheraton and now operates as Hennessy Park Hotel. The approximately 16,024 m² development comprises 104 deluxe rooms and four suites, providing 108 guestrooms in total.
The completed development integrated restaurants and specialist kitchens with meeting and conference facilities, a gym, sauna, heated suspended swimming pool, parking and the supporting building services required for an international-standard business hotel. Its location within Mauritius's principal business district positioned the hotel to serve corporate travellers, meetings and events while also providing dining and leisure facilities.

Chuttur and Partners Ltd provided end-to-end project management and quantity surveying services from inception to completion. CP Ltd coordinated the project brief, planning, design development, specialist inputs, procurement, construction delivery, commissioning and final handover while maintaining oversight of cost, programme, quality and contractual matters.
The quantity surveying role included feasibility and cost planning, cost control, preparation and evaluation of tender documentation, procurement support, valuations, variation and commercial administration, and final-account support. The project management role brought together the client, consultants, contractor, hotel operator and specialist suppliers across the building, fit-out, kitchen, leisure and building-services workstreams.
