Teej Chuttur is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director at Chuttur and Partners Ltd, where he leads the firm’s strategic consulting and project delivery services. Teej’s expertise spans project feasibility, cost planning, contract administration, and commercial advisory, with a particular focus on high-profile developments in the hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use real estate sectors. He is also deeply involved in mentoring junior professionals within the firm, driving CP Ltd’s modern approach to reporting, quality control, and stakeholder communication.

With over 15 years of industry experience, he has contributed to the success of landmark projects including government buildings, luxury residential estates, and technical audits. His insight into FIDIC, JCT, NEC3, and East African Conditions of Contract makes him a trusted advisor in contractual and compliance matters.

Teej holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is also pursuing full membership with the Association for Project Management (APM), reinforcing his commitment to continuous professional development and structured project leadership.

Outside the commercial domain, Teej has distinguished himself as a civic leader. He served as President of Round Table Mauritius and Chairman of Round Table 9, making history as the first Mauritian to win the Best Tabler of the Year award both nationally and internationally within the Africa Middle East Region. His philanthropic work includes supporting homeless outreach programmes, helping build a school with the AfrAsia Foundation and Livinia Foundation, and providing school kits and Christmas donations to underprivileged children each year.
