Mr. Rafick Daureeawoo is a Senior Project Manager at Chuttur and Partners Ltd, with nearly four decades of professional experience in civil and structural engineering, construction project management, and multidisciplinary coordination. Rafick’s career spans the UK, France, Monaco, and Mauritius, where he has led large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional developments valued up to £50 million. His project leadership includes landmark assignments such as AVA Technopark (Phase 1 & 2), the NSLD Housing Programme (1500 units), and the renovation of The Cadogan Hotel in London — all delivered under complex logistical, heritage, or environmental constraints.

Having held senior roles in prominent firms such as Bouygues UK, Beck Interiors, and Paragon Interserve, he is well-versed in managing tender processes, stakeholder coordination, design management, cost control, and procurement schedules in line with international best practices and RIBA design stages. He is also proficient in navigating regulatory processes, including liaison with local authorities and heritage bodies.

Rafick holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from University College Cardiff and maintains certifications under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
